The old play in the book is calls-to-action (CTA). It is best to have an uncluttered web page or an advertisement. Not many things piled on a page with “too good to be true” offers and ads. But it is also necessary to have the calls-to-action feature because the visitors won’t go ahead and inquire on their own. The need to be lead to ask or given the option to inquire.

It is good to have two or three calls-to-action aligned with particular buying stage;

  • Free samples that can be provided to show your work quality
  • Product/service inquiry form and phone number for the prospect to
  • Order forms or phone number for prospects ready to make a purchase.

These calls-to-action need to catch the eye of the visitor or viewer so that it reaps the goals. They can be placed in the footer or sidebar to be in the view of the reader. It can be more product related calls-to-action feature that will make it more lucrative.

Track to Know

Tracking helps you to know what made the readers become inquirers. What made them tick and click onto your calls-to-action feature. This can give a better view to designing a plan B when plan A stops working and go on to know what the prospects are really looking for. Because the plan A is always a dummy to know the required improvements that make plan B rewarding.

Lead generation is only the beginning of the marketing aspect but it forms the base of the strategy. This directs the action and plans designed to take steer in proper destination. A perfect first step automatically eases the process of the next steps or actions to be taken.
